Founded in 1973 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Astican is strategically located in the
mid-Atlantic, along one of the world’s main transoceanic routes, making it a reference
point for ship repair and maintenance. Over the years, the shipyard has diversified its
activity to serve both commercial vessels and large yachts, establishing itself as a key
partner for international projects. Its position in the Canary Islands, with global air
connections and a stable climate year-round, further enhances its appeal as a technical
